Embraceable You – We’re All Part of the Story
is a collection of fifty-seven essays, poems and tales about New Hope by fifty-four writers including local artists, elected officials, restaurateurs, shopkeepers, students, clergy, and locals. The Embraceable You anthology is a glimpse into the heart and soul of New Hope. A call for submissions was posted on the Up River Productions website and local newspapers.
This simple request, “tell us your New Hope story - how you came to be here and why you love it here,” resulted in Embraceable You – We’re All Part of the Story.

Readers of this entertaining collection of stories will begin to understand and appreciate the richness and diversity of this town. The writers present their personal perspectives on New Hope. Many tell how they first arrived. All write about some aspect of why they love the New Hope area, whether it is the beautiful landscape, the history, the arts, the music, the food, the fun, or the wonderful people who have graced the streets of this town.
